Local Business Spotlight: Eufaula Pediatric Clinic

Eufaula Pediatric Clinic has provided healthcare services for the infants, children, and adolescents of Eufaula and Barbour County for 10 years now.  Because the community has so richly embraced them over the past decade, the local pediatric clinic has gradually outgrown its location on Barbour Street.

If you’ve been for a well-child checkup or sick visit lately, you’ve most likely experienced these growing pains.  If you visit the clinic right now, you’ll  notice a remodeling project expanding the facility to make more room for their young patients.

“We are remodeling our building in order to more efficiently and effectively serve our patients. This growth is a reflection of our dedication to place patients first as we advance our leadership position in pediatric healthcare.  Our aim is to provide child healthcare with compassion, excellence, and value to the communities we serve,” said Phyllis Helms, administrator of Dothan Pediatric Healthcare Network.

“We appreciate the opportunity to serve the families of Eufaula, Barbour County, and surrounding areas,” said Dr. Michelle Freeman, pediatrician and medical director of Dothan Pediatric Healthcare Network.  “The support of the local community has allowed us to purchase additional property, expand our facility, and increase our services in Eufaula.”

With the expansion project comes the addition of another healthcare provider for the Eufaula clinic which will increase the number of appointment spaces available everyday.

For more information about the expansion project or to make an appointment, contact Tamara Townsend, Office Manager, at 334.619.0940.
