What is your favorite thing about the business?
Culpepper: The best thing about working with Servpro is that we get to help a lot of people who have just experienced a catastrophic event. No matter how big or small the claim is, it is a disruption to everyday life. It is great to get to help the customer and make them feel whole again.
How much pride do you have in owning/operating a business and serving the community of Eufaula?
Culpepper: Owning our business has been a blessing. My wife and I have owned this territory for 13 years this October and it has changed our family tree tremendously. We are fortunate to have a supporting community and a supportive team who take care of our customers day in and day out.
Any parting words for your customers?
Culpepper: Thank you to the Eufaula community and all the surrounding communities for keeping us in business for so long. We are fortunate to have the relationships with people to build this business from the ground up. With that being said, we look forward to continue to grow and support the community!
